  • Yes, a 20 % deposit is required to lock in your appointment. This upfront payment ensures we can reserve the shoot slot and allocate the time and equipment needed to capture your property at its best.

    1. Declutter high‑traffic areas – Put away everyday items (toys, mail, shoes, pet bowls). A tidy space lets the room’s best features shine.

    2. Remove personal photos & artwork – Clear family pictures, posters, and overly‑personal décor so the focus stays on the property itself.

    3. Straighten furnishings – Align sofas, chairs, and tables; pull back any stray cushions or throws. If a piece looks out of place, consider moving it temporarily or storing it.

    4. Clean windows & surfaces – Wipe down glass, mirrors, countertops, and floors. Spot‑free windows let natural light (or flash) work for you.

    5. Tidy outdoor spaces – Trim overgrown shrubs, sweep driveways/paths, and tidy patios or decks. If you have outdoor furniture, arrange it neatly or remove it if it clutters the view.

    6. Provide access details – Confirm entry instructions (key location, alarm code, gate access) .

    7. Communicate special requests – If there are focal points you want highlighted (a renovated kitchen, a view, a unique architectural feature), mention them ahead of time so I can plan the angles.

  • Not at all. With the access instructions provided, we can enter the property to perform the shoot.

  • You’ll receive the final edited photos within 48 hours of the shoot (most are delivered in 24 hours) once payment has been received.

  • Final edited photos will be delivered via Google Drive. You will recieve both full sized images and reduced size images for easy sharing.

  • If you only need a few photos of a refreshed area, such as new furniture in the living room or updated artwork, we can provide you with a custom quote.
